Position Summary: La Vostra Llar is seeking an Infrastructure Technician for its headquarters, responsible for comprehensive project management, planning, economic control, and coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of construction projects and improvements in residential centers 2. Planning and deadline control, including deviation analysis 3. Economic and budgetary management, including cost analysis **La Vostra Llar** is a group that manages and operates various residential centers in the provinces of **Girona** and **Barcelona**. We currently operate **12 residential centers**, and are undergoing a period of growth and expansion. We are currently looking to hire an **Infrastructure Technician for our headquarters team.** **Responsibilities:** Construction and improvement management: * Monitoring and tracking improvement works at centers; coordinating all involved parties. * Supervising proper execution of works according to project specifications, budget, legislation, and center requirements. Planning and deadline control: * Developing action and construction schedules. * Monitoring adherence to deadlines. * Identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. Economic and budgetary management: * Requesting, analyzing, and evaluating budgets. * Financial monitoring. * Proposing solutions to address financial deviations. Analysis and continuous improvement: * Assessing improvement needs at centers. * Proposing new investments. Inventory and procurement management: * Monitoring and controlling center inventories; planning purchases and restocking. Internal coordination: * With the maintenance departments of centers. * Ensuring consistency between construction projects and maintenance plans. Reporting and communication: * Reporting to management and Operations Management on project status, budgets, deadlines, and incidents. * Preparing progress reports. **Requirements:** * Willingness and ability to travel to all group centers (Catalonia). * Technical and computer skills. * Education relevant to the position. * Knowledge of residential regulations is an asset.
