




What you’ll do on a daily basis * Support production coordination and track status (dates, priorities, incidents). * Prepare and organize operational documentation: delivery notes, production sheets, references, deliveries. * Internal communication with production, warehouse, quality, and project teams. * Update information in ERP / control sheets (data, statuses, traceability). * Support for operational procurement and basic supplier management (purchase orders, confirmations, deliveries). * Organization of administrative tasks for the department (emails, filing, calls, reminders). What we’re looking for * Highly organized and methodical profile with strong attention to detail. * Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; ERP experience (Odoo or others) is a plus. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Clear communication skills and an internal service-oriented attitude. * Prior experience in textile, production, logistics, or operations administration is desirable. Conditions * Working hours: Part-time (ideally mornings, to be confirmed). * Location: Sabadell (on-site). * Start date: As soon as possible. * Contract type: To be determined based on candidate profile (temporary with potential for extension). * Salary: Based on experience.
