At Turris, we are looking for a Store Manager for the afternoon shift who wants to join a project built on quality products, personalized service, and passion for detail. Reporting directly to the Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of one of our stores in Barcelona, ensuring smooth point-of-sale functioning and delivering an outstanding experience to our customers. **What will your daily responsibilities be?** \- Lead, organize, and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring compliance with Turris standards. \- Drive point-of-sale performance by monitoring objectives and contributing to achieving established results. \- Manage replenishment and ordering, ensuring proper product planning. \- Supervise pastry baking and ensure maximum product quality and in-store presentation. \- Guarantee careful and attractive product display, preserving our brand’s essence and excellence. \- Deliver and promote approachable, professional, and memorable customer service. \- Perform cash closing and supervise the store’s operational functionality. \- Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of the premises. \- Ensure correct implementation of in-store marketing campaigns and materials. **What are we looking for in you?** \- Prior experience and proficiency using computer and management tools. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in store leadership roles, preferably in bakeries, food retail, or general retail — though candidates from other sectors will also be considered. \- Proactive, solution-oriented, and versatile individual, able to adapt to dynamic environments and strongly customer-focused. \- Experience in team leadership and management, fostering a positive work environment and goal achievement. \- Passion for customer interaction, product quality, and service excellence. **What do we offer?** \- Permanent contract, supporting long-term stability and career development. \- Fixed afternoon shift, enabling better time organization and work-life balance. \- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, afternoon hours. \- Opportunity to join a team with an excellent, supportive, and collaborative working environment. \- Variable incentive tied to performance goals, recognizing commitment and point-of-sale results. \- The chance to join an established project centered on quality products and craftsmanship. \- Open positions across the entire province of Barcelona We seek an initiative-driven, leadership-capable, and customer-passionate individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and wishes to grow within a solid, continuously evolving project.
