We’re looking for someone who wants to be the operational engine of our headquarters. **About the Role** We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate our office operations: scheduling, documentation, telephone communications with clients, and the full experience of companies visiting our office. You will have full autonomy over administrative management, office management, and day-to-day facility operations. This is a fully on-site position with the pace of a technology startup. AiKit is Spain’s leader in helping SMEs automate processes using AI. You’ll work alongside a motivated, impact-driven team. With appropriate progress, you’ll transition toward AI-powered process automation using our own tools. **What You’ll Achieve** * Master end-to-end operations: coordinating with companies, confirming appointments by phone, managing data in Excel and cloud-based document systems * Serve as the first point of contact for companies visiting the office, ensuring an impeccable professional experience * Own daily operations: identify needs, resolve unexpected issues, manage procurement, and anticipate problems * Learn to automate your own workflows using AiKit and evolve into a technical role in AI-driven automation **Skills You Bring** * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment (100% on-site), solution-oriented mindset, positive attitude toward learning, and comfort with ambiguity * Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication—both on the phone and in person—with clients and companies * Fluent, operational-level proficiency in Excel (data handling, filters, pivot tables) — mandatory * Prior experience in customer service, administration, or office management, with meticulous organizational skills and multitasking ability **Conditions** Base Salary: €22,000 gross per year Flexible Compensation: Option to include meal vouchers, childcare vouchers, private health insurance, and specialized training. Commission Plan: Highly attractive performance-based incentive scheme (ranging from €5,000 to €100,000), detailed during the selection process.
