Our buildings are located in different areas of the city, so the candidate will need to move between the various sites. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED: Ensure the proper operation of machinery, installations, and apartment equipmentVerify and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance plansContact, coordinate, and supervise subcontracted maintenance services and regulatory inspections. \- \- \- Perform basic routine maintenance repairs of the building in coordination with reported needsHandle emergencies related to electricity, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and various tasksPlan and carry out maintenance tasksBe responsible for inventory, purchases, storage, and cleanlinessSet priorities together with the Operations DirectorKeep the Operations Management informed about the condition of installations and machinery, as well as the performance of suppliers and subcontracted maintenance companies. Monday to SundayTwo weekends off per monthPaid on-call shiftsOn-call shift outings includedAnnual gross salary ranging from 23,000 to 24,000 euros according to the hospitality collective agreement. ### **Requirements** 40-hour permanent contract SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of general building plumbing, electrical installations, Fire Protection Systems, fault detection, climate control systems, and Domestic Hot Water production. Skills in general maintenance (carpentry, masonry, electricity, plumbing, minor gardening tasks, etc.). We are seeking a dynamic individual with sufficient autonomy to manage the maintenance department of the buildings/apartments, capable of learning and adapting quickly, and oriented toward service and availability
