The worker may operate heavy machinery to perform these tasks. This position also includes other assigned duties. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store incoming products. * Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete required documentation. * Receive orders and pick products from appropriate locations. * Verify accuracy of picked orders. * Safely organize and package products. * Arrange shipment pickups, contact carriers, and coordinate scheduling. * Handle products and perform tasks in accordance with customer procedures and governmental/compliance regulations. * Package, box, wrap, and load pallets onto trailers. * Create shipping labels and other documentation for packages to maintain accurate shipping data in the warehouse management system. * Safely operate various powered equipment. * Respond promptly to customer/buyer requests, resolve issues, and escalate service problems to the supervisor. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent \- Preferred * Warehouse experience \- Preferred * Availability to work flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week **Employee Type:** Full-time permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
