Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the grape harvest campaign at a winery, performing machinery supervision, grape weighing, packaging, palletizing, cleaning, and maintenance, all within a team-based environment. A positive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork are valued. We are seeking personnel for the grape harvest campaign at a winery, with a temporary contract from August until the end of September. The working schedule may include shifts and weekends; therefore, flexibility in working hours is valued. Main responsibilities include supervising wine production machinery, weighing and receiving grapes, and participating in packaging and palletizing. Responsibilities also include cleaning and maintaining tanks and vats, as well as other facilities, in compliance with hygiene standards. Occasionally, work is performed in confined spaces or at heights, requiring specific training. A positive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team are required. Prior experience in a winery or the agri-food industry is advantageous but not essential. Training in confined space work is mandatory. Compensation is hourly, based on the applicable collective agreement, within a professional environment focused on seasonal production. Positive attitude, responsibility, and commitment.
