We are a leader in infrastructure and engineering, firmly committed to integrating sustainability into our organizational strategy. **Are you passionate about BIM methodology and the construction sector?** We are looking for a BIM Specialist to join our technical team and participate in tender preparation and production support, working from the office in a dynamic and collaborative environment. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Development and coordination of BIM models. * Technical support in preparing bids and tenders. * Extraction of measurements and technical documentation. * Coordination of information among disciplines and project teams. * Support to the Production Department during project execution. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** * Technical education in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in BIM environments and proficiency with Revit. * Knowledge of technical documentation, quantity take-offs, and construction projects. * Organized, solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills. **Mandatory** * Oral and written fluency in Catalan. * Availability to work onsite at the office.
