We are currently seeking an **Accounting Administrator** for our headquarters in **Esparreguera**. If you appreciate order, numbers, and teamwork within a dynamic environment… keep reading. **What will you do on a daily basis?** You will join the accounting department, participating in key tasks essential to the company’s operations: * Recording supplier invoices and expenses * Registering receipts and payments * Preparing supplier payments * Bank reconciliation * Reconciling accounting accounts * Supporting month-end and year-end closings and accruals * Calculating and filing taxes (AEAT) * Document management (scanning and archiving) * General administrative support for the department A dynamic role offering varied tasks and continuous learning. **What do we require from you?** --------------------------- * Education in Administration or Accounting (Vocational Training or University Degree) * Prior experience in similar roles (valued) * Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, MATCH, etc.) * Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented person * Proactive attitude and eagerness to be part of a team * Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, plus own vehicle to access the facilities (mandatory) **What do we offer you?** ---------------------- * Joining a well-established and rapidly growing company.
