STORE MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our new flagship circular fashion store in the heart of Barcelona. We are looking for a person passionate about retail, eco-social and circular fashion, with experience in point-of-sale management and team leadership. Their mission will be to ensure the smooth operation of the store, drive achievement of commercial objectives, and deliver a high-quality shopping experience, while simultaneously promoting the project’s social and environmental values. Lead the store’s daily operations, ensuring proper operational functioning. Provide personalized customer service and foster client loyalty. Supervise store image, window displays, cash register operations, and the overall shopping experience. Analyze sales indicators and implement actions aimed at achieving commercial goals. Manage stock, orders, product receipt and restocking, as well as inventory control. Organize and assign team tasks, leveraging each individual’s strengths. Prepare and manage team schedules. Ensure warehouse order and proper organization. Guarantee compliance with quality standards and occupational risk prevention regulations. Promote the Foundation’s social and environmental values in the store’s day-to-day activities. * 5 years’ experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience managing retail points of sale, including leadership of teams exceeding 10 people. * MIDDLE-GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / knowledge: Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or Middle-Grade Vocational Training Cycle in Commercial Activities. Leadership and team management: Coordinate, motivate, and support large teams, distributing tasks efficiently and leveraging each person’s strengths. Customer orientation: Deliver close and personalized service, identify customer needs, and guarantee a positive shopping experience. Results orientation: Monitor sales indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive actions to achieve commercial objectives. Organization and planning: Manage schedules, stock, operational priorities, and available resources, ensuring the store operates correctly. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary: 1625 * Other relevant information: Indefinite-term, full-time contract, with working hours from Monday to Saturday.
