We are looking for a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** with training in tourism/hospitality. Reporting directly to the Head Chef and other team members, you will participate in a multidisciplinary culinary project and provide support to the restaurant service. **Responsibilities** * Carry out cleaning tasks in various kitchen areas (countertops, stoves, ovens, machinery, appliances...). * Clean kitchen utensils and equipment. * Wash, cut, and peel raw fruits, vegetables, and greens.
