Propose innovative improvements oriented toward efficiency and optimization. **What You Can Expect** **: We are seeking an IT Functional Analyst for our Barcelona office who will be responsible for analyzing the company’s IT systems and product functionalities, ensuring they properly align with business needs. Your primary focus will be on application functional requirements, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing changes that optimize processes. Additionally, you will act as the liaison between business and technical teams, defining necessary inputs for developers and actively collaborating on corporate improvement projects. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Listen to and understand new business needs. * Analyze the company’s business processes and information systems to identify areas for improvement. * Assess the feasibility and suitability of requested changes, redefining them if necessary. * Conduct requirements gathering and detailed functional analysis. * Verify and ensure correct operation of IT processes and solutions. * Propose innovative improvements oriented toward efficiency and optimization. * Participate in project testing phases. * Ensure final solutions are optimal, functional, and meet defined requirements. **What You Bring:** **Profile Requirements** ------------------------- * Prior experience as a Functional Analyst (approx. 2–3 years). * Good level of English. * Analytical ability and critical thinking. * Listening and communication skills. * Autonomy and organizational capability. * Teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Problem-solving orientation. **Desirable** ------------- * Technical knowledge (IT environments, databases, ERPs, etc.). * Previous experience in logistics sector companies.
