At Movento, the automotive division of the Moventia Group, we continue growing and wish to incorporate a **Traffic Manager** into our Operations team in Sant Cugat del Vallès. If dynamic logistics, transport coordination, and real-time incident resolution motivate you, this is your opportunity to join a solid and expanding group. **What will be your mission?** Coordinate and plan daily vehicle transfers within the group, ensuring on-time delivery, resource optimization, and service quality for customers. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Daily planning of vehicle movements between compounds, workshops, and dealerships. * Coordination with internal fleet (in-house tow trucks and drivers) and external transport providers. * Management of national and interprovincial transportation. * Organization of final-customer deliveries and pickups at external compounds, auctions, and logistics operators. * Route tracking and deadline monitoring. * Prompt resolution of incidents (delays, breakdowns, destination changes, emergencies). * Prioritization of shipments according to commercial and operational needs. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or traffic management. * Experience coordinating routes and liaising with transport providers. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to resolve incidents. * Capacity to work under pressure and manage volume peaks. * Fluent communication with internal and external teams. * Proficient use of IT tools (ERP or TMS experience is valued). * Automotive sector experience—dealerships, compounds, or vehicle transportation—is highly desirable. **What do we offer?** * Integration into a solid and growing corporate group. * A stable project within the Operations area. * A dynamic environment offering high levels of autonomy and responsibility. * Professional training and development. * Competitive terms based on experience provided. *If you are interested in joining a team where planning, coordination, and responsiveness make the difference, we want to meet you!*
