At EDUVIC, we are looking for a **Social Educator for temporary assignments** across various centers in the province of **Barcelona**, covering different shifts. We manage accommodation centers (CA), emergency prevention services (SPE), labor insertion apartments (PIL), residential centers for educational intervention (CRAE), maternal centers, among others, located in various municipalities across Catalonia. *Responsibilities (vary depending on the center)* * Analysis and assessment of each adolescent’s situation upon admission. * Involving the young person in their educational process as their tutor, motivating them and establishing appropriate means to foster a climate of trust and communication that supports educator–youth interaction. * Activities arising from the tutoring role (observation, behavior documentation, monitoring of goals set by the tutor). * Supporting the individual’s journey by providing necessary tools, support, and resources to promote successful autonomy. * Interaction with individuals and families to promote development and improve living conditions, applying case-based Social Work methodologies and conducting regular, detailed follow-up of changes to prepare for intervention closure. *Requirements* * Minimum 1 year of experience as a tutor working with minors under guardianship; experience in residential facilities for minors as a Social Educator. * Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education. * Catalan (spoken B2 \- advanced, written B2 \- advanced). * Spanish (spoken B2 \- advanced, written B2 \- advanced). * Competencies / knowledge: communication skills, teamwork, empathy, assertiveness. * Driving license: Category B and personal vehicle. *Conditions* * Shifts: morning, afternoon, night, weekends, and holidays. * Working hours: full-time and part-time. * Position category: Social Educator. * Salary: according to collective agreement and position category (€1857.69/month gross for full-time). **Profile:** Minimum 1 year of experience as a tutor working with minors under guardianship; experience in residential facilities for minors as a Social Educator.
