A global environment, combined with the dynamism of a close-knit local team. **What will be your mission?** You will **lead and execute** qualification and validation processes for high-level GMP projects—from the design phase through to commissioning—in close collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, you will actively contribute to **business development** within an expanding area of the company, supporting EKIUM Iberia’s growth in the market. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Manage qualification projects end-to-end: client meetings, plant visits, progress tracking, and final work review. * Develop qualification strategies for projects (Master Qualification Plans and Risk Assessments) covering equipment, utilities, and HVAC systems. * Draft Master Qualification Plans and Risk Assessments jointly with relevant departments. * Review User Requirement Specifications (URS) for equipment and facilities. **What do we offer?** **Vacation days**: 23 working days per year, plus 2 additional days as stipulated by collective agreement (December 24 and 31). **Tailored training and development**: A personalized plan to support your continuous growth at every career stage. **Flexible compensation**: Private health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation allowances, training subsidies, and childcare support—customized to your needs. **Impactful projects**: High-level technical challenges in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, enabling you to enhance your competencies with each project. A group present in more than 23 countries, with the proximity of local teams in Barcelona and Madrid. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** **Education**: Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). **Experience**: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in equipment, facility, and GMP project qualifications. * Proficiency in qualification strategy documentation: Master Qualification Plans (MQP), Risk Assessments (RA), utilities, and HVAC. * Experience reviewing URS and drafting Master Qualification Plans. * Functional English proficiency for communication with international teams. **Profile**: Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable. Team-focused and committed to multidisciplinary collaboration. Strong communication and client-interfacing skills. Ability to generate business within a rapidly expanding area of the company.
