The selected candidate will be responsible for innovating beverage offerings and team training, ensuring a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere. JOB OBJECTIVES: Guarantee high-quality service and an exceptional guest experience. Create and develop new cocktail recipes, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Create and develop new cocktail and specialty beverage recipes. \- Supervise and train the bartender team, ensuring excellence in service. \- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food and beverage handling regulations. \- Interact with guests to provide recommendations and enhance their experience. \- Maintain order and cleanliness at the bar and work areas.
