Together, we are and create MAPFRE. * **Location:** Majadahonda, Madrid * **Department:** Corporate Non-Life Actuarial Directorate **What will you do in this position?** ------------------------------------- * Calculation and review of non-life insurance tariffs for MAPFRE Group entities. * Monitoring of the technical performance of the non-life insurance business. * Support in implementing improvements to non-life pricing processes. * Development of dashboards for tariff monitoring. * Calculation and support in premium optimization processes. **What profile are we looking for?** --------------------------------- * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences. * **Languages:** English B2–C1. * **Technical knowledge:** Knowledge of predictive modeling and application of artificial intelligence techniques. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles. Experience in actuarial consulting firms performing similar tasks will be valued positively. * **Proficiency in specific applications:** * + Knowledge of proprietary actuarial software (Emblem, Earnix, Radar, SAS, etc.). + Knowledge of open-source software (R, Python). + Programming skills. + Advanced office software proficiency, especially Excel and VBA. * **Willingness to travel:** Yes, exceptionally. * **Required competencies/skills:** Commitment, orientation toward order and quality, analytical thinking, teamwork, initiative/autonomy, perseverance, achievement orientation, and openness to learning. **What do we offer you?** ------------------------- * Flexible working hours and 124 remote-working hours per quarter, adaptable to your needs.
