The new hire will join Hosto.ai team, building AI cohost that **thinks, learns, and acts like a seasoned hospitality expert**, managing entire vacation rental empires while hosts sleep. **In this role, you will:** * + Develop and maintain web applications using React \& Next.js or Vue.js \& Nuxt, REST API, and Tailwind CSS/Ul. + Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality products. + Contribute to the entire development lifecycle from planning through to deployment and maintenance. + Ensure code quality and maintainability through clean, readable, and maintainable coding practices. + Utilize web sockets for real\-time communication and data exchange. + Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. + Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs. **Requirements** * + Minimum of 5 years of experience in front\-end development, with at least 3 years using Vue.js/Nuxt. * + Experience of incorporating AI into your development workflow. + Proficiency in our technology stack: React \& Next.js or Vue.js \& Nuxt, SASS, Tailwind CSS, GIT, Socket.io. + Upholding high coding standards and ensuring the team adheres to chosen architectural solutions. + Experience with high\-load projects and optimizing complex queries. + Excellent communication, reporting skills, and self\-organization abilities. **Benefits** * + A fully remote working environment. + A competitive salary with performance\-based bonuses. + Vesting options as part of our compensation package. + Opportunities for professional growth and development. + A collaborative and inclusive team culture.
