




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support various departments, manage invoices, and handle customer inquiries, with emphasis on proactivity and teamwork. Teamwork and proactivity Responsibilities \- Various administrative tasks: document management, call reception, etc. * Support for other departments to ensure alignment across the organization. * Invoice accounting. * Responding to customer inquiries regarding billing. * Email management. * Reviewing, preparing, and issuing invoices. * Processing refunds. Requirements \- Minimum one year of prior experience in a similar role. * Higher Vocational Training (FP2) in Administration or university degree, preferably in Business Administration. * Knowledge of accounting, advanced Excel, and digital competencies. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsible, committed, and proactive individual.
