If you want to join a winning team, work in a dynamic and diverse environment, and grow professionally and personally every day, this is your company! **What would you do?** In collaboration with the Commercial Area and Technical Service, you will implement maintenance policies and operational practices for refrigeration equipment, providing technical assistance to customers and delivering quality service according to the standards defined for your area of responsibility. **Key responsibilities:** * Coordinate and organize all tasks assigned to the team reporting to the Area Head of Refrigeration Technical Service, in accordance with guidelines set by the Area Head and based on identified needs and priorities. * Complete and verify the correct completion of all required forms and records to maintain active Cold Chain Quality systems. * Manage, monitor, and supervise field and workshop activities (Workshop jointly with Operations Support). Field activity monitoring will be carried out using a tablet and specific assigned tasks. * Monitor compliance with SLAs by External Technical Service providers. * Supervise implementation of Quality policies. * Identify and resolve Quality non-conformities within your area of responsibility. * Supervise transportation incidents within your area. * Maintain active communication with the Commercial Department regarding all matters related to refrigeration equipment: installation and removal requests, equipment leasing agreements, and event coordination. Provide status updates. * Coordinate and/or conduct pre-installation visits for Dispensing Equipment to select the appropriate location and equipment type for each customer. * Maintain direct and personalized contact with customers who have installed refrigeration equipment, as required. * Perform any other duties arising from the normal operations of the Refrigeration Technical Service department. **What do we require?** * Technical Industrial Engineering qualification or demonstrable experience with refrigeration equipment. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in electromechanical maintenance or refrigeration system maintenance. * Intermediate level of English. * Advanced office software skills (especially Excel). * SAP system knowledge and experience are desirable. **Required competencies:** * Analytical ability * Communication * Teamwork * Problem-solving * Proactivity **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * A competitive salary and, above all, a unique experience in a workplace where people enjoy what they do, feel motivated and inspired to give their best every day. * Company vehicle available for performing job-related duties. **Could this be you?** Don’t hesitate!
