Maintenance Technician

Description

The position focuses on carrying out preventive maintenance tasks according to the plant's annual maintenance plan. Direct support is provided to production operations across all shifts, ensuring that processes remain uninterrupted. Compliance with quality standards, environmental policies, and occupational risk prevention protocols is also required. We are seeking a methodical and proactive individual to keep equipment in optimal condition. A significant part of the job involves preparing technical documentation and purchase proposal sheets. This arises when urgent repairs are needed or when materials not available in the workshop or warehouse must be procured. The goal is to minimize downtime and respond quickly and effectively to any technical issue affecting production. The work environment is dynamic, requiring presence on the plant floor. The tasks performed directly contribute to improving operational efficiency and ensuring facility safety. This role is critical to maintaining high service levels and production capacity, thereby positively impacting the company's entire value chain. Candidates must demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the industrial sector, along with a positive attitude and proven commitment to teamwork. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment is valued, as is willingness to stand for extended periods, lift weights, and perform repetitive motions.
