We are looking for a **Hydraulic Services Engineer** to join a stable and professionally rewarding project within a leading company in the hydraulic and environmental sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical and operational management of the service in Valladolid, coordinating teams, supervising facilities, and ensuring the proper functioning of hydraulic infrastructure, always maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. ### **What will your responsibilities be?** * Direction and coordination of the service’s technical and operational team. * Comprehensive management of contracts and projects related to water supply, sanitation, and water treatment. * Economic planning and control of the service: budgets, costs, and deadline compliance. * Liaison with public administrations, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Supervision of maintenance and operation of hydraulic facilities. * Compliance monitoring of regulations related to occupational health and safety (OHS), quality, environment, and water sanitary control. * Preparation of technical reports, budgets, and service-related documentation. * Coordination of external audits and inspections. * Use of remote control tools and facility maintenance software. ### **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of hydraulic infrastructure. * Knowledge of: + Water treatment + Water supply networks + Sanitation + Wastewater treatment * Knowledge of environmental management, quality, and associated regulations: + HACCP, CCP and PC + ISO 50001 + Basic OHS (Construction Collective Agreement) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hydraulic services management software. * Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional travel. ### **We especially value** * Leadership and team management capability. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Problem-solving and organized profile. * Proactivity, autonomy, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Interest in continued professional development within the sector. ### **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract and professional stability. * Integration into a solid and growing project. * Genuine professional development within a leading company. * Autonomy and responsibility in service management. * Positive working environment. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
