Position Summary: We are seeking a site administrative assistant to perform general administrative tasks and comprehensive personnel management, including selection, hiring, daily follow-up, and incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of site personnel, from selection to daily follow-up. 2. Key support in preparing information for the payroll department. 3. Constant communication with site management, contractors, and suppliers. We seek a candidate with a Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP) or Technical qualification in Administration and Finance or a related field, to carry out general administrative and support tasks on construction sites in Valladolid. Main responsibilities include full management of site personnel: from searching for and selecting workers—both permanent staff and subcontractors—to processing registrations and terminations, and formalizing employment contracts. The role also entails daily monitoring of all personnel, tracking working hours, managing absences, scheduling vacations, and resolving incidents. Additionally, the candidate will provide support in preparing payroll-related information, including recording worked hours, site-specific allowances, per diems, and other relevant items. Constant communication with site management, contractors, and suppliers will be essential for handling pertinent documentation. Experience in the construction sector, as well as strong organizational skills, initiative, attention to detail, and discretion, will be highly valued. Minimum required qualification: Medium-Level Vocational Training (FP) or Technical qualification in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Residency in Valladolid or willingness to commute locally. Valid Spanish driving license class B is mandatory. Construction sector experience is desirable.
