Comprehensive Maintenance of Installations

Description

The professional will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of all installations and equipment in poultry farms. Their main tasks include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on basic plumbing, electricity, and general mechanics; periodically inspecting systems; diagnosing faults; and carrying out repairs to minimize downtime and maintain active production. Additionally, they will manage the materials and spare parts warehouse, controlling inventory and ensuring logistical supply for interventions across various locations. The candidate must be capable of working autonomously, following established protocols, and prioritizing incidents according to their criticality in the production process. Particular value will be placed on the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, as well as willingness to travel between local farms after an initial training period. The contract is temporary and full-time, within a dynamic environment requiring high responsibility in equipment care and compliance with food industry safety and quality standards. Candidates must exclusively hold the 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course and have demonstrable, minimum two-year experience in comprehensive maintenance and versatile interventions in areas such as basic electricity and plumbing. Formal vocational training (FP) in Installation Maintenance, Mechatronics, or similar fields will be positively considered, as well as knowledge of telemecanics programming using PL7 Junior and Pro software. Excellent problem-solving capability—enabling rapid and effective response to incidents—is essential.
