Job Summary: We are seeking a Validation and Test Engineer for aerospace, space, and defense projects, with responsibilities in the design, validation, and testing of mechanical systems. For new projects in the **Aerospace, Space, Defense, and Aviation sectors**, we require a **VALIDATION AND TEST ENGINEER** **Responsibilities** * Design of rapid prototypes and mock-ups to validate concepts proposed for various mechanical systems, defining validation objectives. * Participation in the design of validation test rigs for systems. * Definition of validation plans for components and assemblies. * Definition of acceptance procedures for system qualification. Execution of component tests using test rigs. * Preparation of test reports. * Participation in correlating test results with calculation and simulation models. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial or Aerospace Engineering. * Advanced proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Competence in dimensioning and drafting of parts and assemblies. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes for parts and assemblies. * Understanding of customer technical specifications and ability to develop designs compliant with them. * Analytical calculation skills for mechanical justification will be valued. **Tools** * Familiarity with 0D/1D simulation tools such as MATLAB and Simulink (for simulation activities). * Development of simulation programs using MATLAB / Simulink. * Competence in performing analytical calculations for mechanical justification. * Participation in LabVIEW program development for test rigs. * Desirable: knowledge of Nastran Patran, Ansys. * Knowledge and experience with the following tools: + MATLAB / SIMULINK (Mandatory) + LABVIEW / VERISTAND / TESTSTAND knowledge is desirable. + C/C\+\+ / Python knowledge is desirable. **Competencies** * Autonomy, risk analysis capability, and ability to propose technical solutions. * Strong teamwork integration. * Completion of tasks according to established schedules. **Languages** * English level B2, with sufficient proficiency to attend meetings and prepare documentation. * French language skills are desirable. **Workplace** * Valladolid **Offer** * Immediate hiring. * One-year project with potential extension to other projects. * Highly technological project for engineering enthusiasts. * Compensation commensurate with responsibility and experience. * Working hours: 7\-15h. * Excellent team environment
