Carry out maintenance of MPDL facilities/sedes in Asturias: assembly, adjustment, inspection, conditioning, and repair of facilities. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prevent and resolve malfunctions affecting sede facilities. * A wide variety of maintenance tasks, such as painting, repairing, performing minor construction work, and assembling furniture, etc. * Inspect buildings and sedes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Perform maintenance and repair of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, cables, etc.) * Carry out manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.) * Perform general maintenance procedures and other tasks (painting, carpentry, minor construction work, etc.) * Assist in preparing budgets * Scheduled inspections of machinery/facilities (reading indicators, inspecting machines, etc.). * Scheduled cleaning and maintenance of machinery and facilities (collaborate with cleaning staff for machinery and other elements within their scope; periodically replace or replenish parts or components (e.g., air-conditioning filters)). * Repair malfunctions in facilities, machinery, and office furniture. * Coordinate and manage repairs and construction works. * Install new elements (assembling furniture, small electrical or plumbing installations, etc.). * As MPDL staff, participate in actions aimed at preventing abuse and harassment. Also, follow instructions regarding implementation of the Code of Conduct and other organizational regulations/protocols, and comply with and respect the Code of Conduct and policies related to all forms of abuse and harassment. **Profile:** **Education**: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent basic vocational training, complemented by intermediate-level vocational training or professional experience. Possession of a maintenance certification will be valued. Training and/or experience in Gender Equality and Human Rights is desirable. **Experience**: Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year. Basic knowledge of electrical systems. Knowledge of general maintenance methods and processes, professional familiarity with tools, as well as common devices and equipment. **Languages**: Proficiency in Spanish is essential. Knowledge of French and/or Arabic will be highly valued. **Computer Skills**: Basic Office software knowledge is desirable. **Others**: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required. Autonomy in carrying out duties, professional seriousness, willingness to work across various centers. Manual dexterity and ability to resolve incidents.
