




Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer to optimize production processes, industrialize projects, define manufacturing processes, and improve efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project industrialization and machinery commissioning. 2. Production process optimization and continuous improvement. 3. Time analysis, quality control, and problem resolution. We need to integrate an engineering professional into our Valladolid team to strengthen the development and optimization of our production processes. Your primary responsibility will be the industrialization of new projects, including machinery and facility commissioning, detailed definition of manufacturing processes, and preparation of all technical documentation. You will be responsible for analyzing and establishing optimal production times, as well as defining required quality specifications. You will work closely with various project and plant teams to ensure correct implementation. Additionally, your contribution will be critical in improving existing processes. This will involve identifying improvement opportunities, proposing and investigating solutions, and coordinating their implementation on-site together with the Quality and Production departments. Your ability to solve problems and optimize available resources—always pursuing maximum efficiency and highest quality—will be highly valued. Project planning and monitoring will also form part of your responsibilities. Proven experience in project industrialization and production process improvement. Solid knowledge of process definition, technical documentation, time analysis, and quality control. Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and coordinate on-site actions. Data analysis and problem-solving skills. Engineering or related degree required.
