Description

The position focuses on daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the management and organization of materials in Valladolid. Key responsibilities include verifying delivery notes, managing documentation for incoming and outgoing goods, correctly labeling and locating products, and maintaining an orderly and accessible storage system. Stock movements are actively managed using an ERP system, with inventory records updated accurately. Periodic physical inventories are also conducted to monitor stock levels, comparing results against electronic records and investigating any discrepancies that arise. This control is essential for maintaining stock integrity and supporting supply chain planning. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in both documentation and operational tasks, directly contributing to logistical efficiency. The work environment is collaborative and part of an established company in the industrial sector. Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Logistics or equivalent. Minimum 6 months’ experience in a logistics department. Proficiency in Excel. Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems. Valid forklift operator license.
