Main Responsibilities: * **Customer service:** Deliver excellent and personalized service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. * **Food and beverage service:** Carry out the sale and service of food and beverages with the highest level of professionalism. * **Dining area preparation:** Organize and prepare the assigned area for service, leaving it ready for the next shift. * **Setup and breakdown:** Perform setup and breakdown of services in the restaurant, event rooms, breakfast area, bar\-cafeteria, among others. * **Waste management:** Handle and segregate waste from the dining area, transporting it to the appropriate containers. * **Cleaning:** Keep necessary items clean, such as cutlery, glassware, coffee machines, carts, etc. * **Order management:** Place orders to the purchasing department, receive them, and organize them. * **Area maintenance:** Maintain dining rooms, terraces, lounges, or other spaces designated for food and beverage service in perfect condition.
