We are currently seeking a Customer Quality Technician – Automotive Industry to perform, among others, the following responsibilities:
* Management of quality assurance.
* Handling of customer incidents and development of corrective actions.
* Ensuring all customer-reported quality issues are escalated to the appropriate level.
* Analysis of incident impact.
* Management of incident action plans.
* Documentation and reporting management.
* Incident data management and analysis.
* Leading meetings with cross-functional teams.

**Requirements:**

**Requirements:**
* Engineering degree or related field.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in this role and/or in the functions described.
* Experience in the automotive industry, including knowledge of mechanical powertrain components.
* Knowledge of incident management, customer quality, supplier quality, product or process engineering.
* Leadership, problem-solving skills, effective communication, ability to synthesize information, and capacity to make rapid and efficient decisions.
* Advanced level of English.
* French language skills are a plus.
