Procurement and supplier management: goods receipt processing, invoicing, cost control, and material verification. Logistics coordination: shipment management, transportation, associated documentation, and traceability. Monitoring of internal KPIs and preparation of periodic reports to support decision-making. Professional interaction with clients and collaborators at both national and European levels. * 5 years of experience. Experience in administrative tasks within industrial or logistics environments. * UNIVERSITY-OWNED DEGREE * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * French (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Organizational ability, autonomy, and documentary rigor. Proficiency in computer tools and digital environments.
