This role is highly oriented toward process discipline and order: you will be responsible for preparing, structuring, and entering data into the system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central) with rigor and consistency. This is not a development or programming role. This is a 2-year project focused on consolidating and optimizing the ERP system at the operational level. What will your role be? - Enter and maintain master data and basic configurations within Navision / Business Central (items, bills of materials, formulations, suppliers, customers, routes, processes, etc.). - Verify that information is complete, coherent, and correctly interlinked across modules. - Collect and organize data originating from various departments (production, quality, procurement, logistics) prior to loading it into the system. - Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and opportunities for improvement in the data structure. - Provide basic user support for data-related queries (not complex technical incidents). What profile are we looking for? - Minimum 1 year of experience working with ERP or management software data (data entry, maintenance, error control). - Practical proficiency in Navision or Business Central (real-world usage, not just theoretical knowledge). - Ability to manage large volumes of information without compromising quality or traceability. - Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented individual with sound judgment to understand business processes. Especially valued? - Experience in food-related industrial environments (meat industry preferred). - Familiarity with industrial equipment and peripherals related to weighing/labeling (e.g., Bizerba, label printers, scales, terminals, PCs). - Prior experience coordinating with production and/or quality teams, and understanding real workshop/plant workflows. - Strong Excel skills (tables, data validation, data quality control). What do we offer? - A project with a minimum horizon of 2 years, aimed at ERP system consolidation. - Working hours: 08:00–13:00 / 14:00–17:00 (possibility to adjust departure time to 16:00 based on needs). - Salary: €32\.000 – €40\.000 gross per annum, depending on experience. - Stable environment and a key role in data organization and operational process improvement.
