A highly recognized Hospitality and Tourism University in the Maresme region is looking to hire a Dining Room Manager responsible for supervising and sharing expertise and experience with dining room trainees. Reporting to the F\&B Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include: * Preparation, planning, coordination, and service delivery in the dining room. * Delivering practical classes for students. * Applying excellent standards of service, health, and hygiene. * Leading a team of individuals by supporting their growth and providing necessary tools for success in their roles. * Maintaining a motivated and committed team focused on achieving objectives. * Preventing occupational hazards. * Teaching dining room subjects to Technical and Degree-level students. Requirements: Essential: * Minimum qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio) in Restaurant Services. * Experience in the restaurant industry. * Resident in the Maresme area. * Experience leading teams. * Proficiency in Spanish. * Proactive, flexible, creative individual with excellent communication skills, well-organized and solution-oriented. * Teaching vocation. Desirable: * Prior teaching experience. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced Catalan proficiency. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract.
