Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace We are a hotel chain on the Costa Brava and are looking for a Cook at one of our hotels \- Hotel Eden Park, located in Riudellots de la Selva. Main Responsibilities: * Adhere to the company's appearance standards. * Coordinate with dining room supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery. * Prepare the gastronomic offering for the various meals served at the hotel, following quality standards. * Prepare the gastronomic offering for staff, following established quality standards. * Comply with food safety regulations. * Follow product handling instructions provided by the supervisor. * Prepare mise en place to facilitate workflow during services. * Observe the product consumption order, always respecting expiration or best-before dates. * Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. * Monitor kitchen inventory effectively. * Store food properly, clearly labeling containers with contents and storage date. * Perform other duties as required for the position. Education and Requirements: * Vocational Training Certificate in Gastronomy (CFGM) or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Flexible working hours. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is preferred.
