Permanent contract effective from 30/07/2026 Job Description Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily production in the Cooking Department, ensuring compliance with the established production plan. Guarantee correct execution and monitoring of operational and pre-operational controls within the department. Support the department head in production planning and organization. Manage, record, and monitor Internal Non-Conformities (INC), proposing corrective and preventive actions. Ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards throughout the entire production process. Ensure coverage and proper implementation of pre-operational controls across all production time slots. Collaborate in implementing new quality control criteria, procedures, and requirements. Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes, promoting actions that enhance efficiency and quality. Coordinate the team during the shift, resolving incidents and ensuring smooth operation of the department. Requirements * Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within industrial environments, preferably in the food industry. * Preferred qualifications and skills: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within industrial environments, preferably in the food industry. Experience in coordinating and managing production teams. Knowledge of cooking processes and food safety. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Organizational, planning, and incident resolution capabilities. Leadership ability, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
