Job Summary: We are looking for a delivery driver to ensure orders are delivered in optimal condition, manage cash collections and returns, and maintain an excellent relationship with customers. You will join the distribution team, ensuring every order reaches the point of sale in the best possible condition, paying attention to every detail of the service: from loading to delivery, including cash collection and returns management. You will prepare the vehicle load and review the route with the logistics team. You will handle returns and possible incidents. You will ensure an orderly and safe working environment. You will perform deliveries following the assigned route plan. You will identify improvements and report any incidents to optimize service. You will deliver the product and jointly validate the order. You will ensure an excellent experience on every visit. You will manage returns, timely restocking, and expiry date control. You will collect payments when required and process subsequent settlements. You will perform deliveries using a truck during holiday periods or times of high demand. Valid driving license category C \+ CAP for operating the assigned vehicle (\+3500 kg). Prior experience as a delivery driver. Experience in the food sector is highly valued. Basic knowledge of IT / technology. * Competencies / Knowledge: Planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. Prior experience as a delivery driver (especially valuable in the food sector). Basic knowledge of digital tools. Driving license. CAP certificate.
