Job Summary: We are seeking a Head Chef for a healthy brunch venue, with experience in the restaurant industry, organizational skills, dynamism, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Sensitivity toward healthy eating and attention to detail We are looking for a Head Chef for a venue specializing in healthy brunch. A permanent, full-time contract is offered. Candidates must hold formal culinary training or an equivalent professional certification. Prior experience in kitchen, brunch, or continuous-service restaurants is required. The ideal candidate is organized, dynamic, and capable of working efficiently in high-paced team environments. Flexibility in working hours—including morning shifts and weekends—is essential. Sensitivity toward healthy eating and attention to detail will be highly valued. • Preparation, cooking, and presentation of the healthy brunch menu (toasts, bowls, eggs, pancakes, banana bread, granola, homemade pastries, and vegan and gluten-free options), strictly following established technical specifications. • Daily mise en place organization: preparation of fruits and vegetables, basic cooking processes, preparation of creams, sauces, toppings, and bases for continuous service. • Use of kitchen equipment (oven, griddle, mixer, slicer, vacuum sealer, etc.) and monitoring of proper operation. • Plating during service, ensuring quality, speed, and accurate presentation. • Stock control, goods receiving, and proper product rotation. • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen, tools, and work surfaces. • Constant coordination with front-of-house and coffee teams to ensure agile and efficient service. * Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2091
