




Job Summary: Operators are sought to join the production line in the meat industry, performing handling and processing of meat products, including cutting, deboning, finishing, and packaging. Operators are needed to join the production line in the meat industry. Main tasks involve handling and processing of meat products, distributed across different areas of the facility. Responsibilities include cutting and deboning hams, where knife skills will be an advantage. Finishing and preparation of products, as well as tasks in a clean room—a refrigerated space (2–6°C) dedicated to sausage packaging—will also be carried out. Positions are available for ventresca preparation and high-quality finishing. A strong command of Catalan, both spoken and written, is required. Candidates should be proactive, motivated to work and learn. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace are considered advantageous. No specific academic qualification is required; experience is prioritized. The contract is temporary with rotating shifts, alternating weekly between morning (6:00–14:00) and afternoon (14:00–22:00) shifts. Remuneration is €12.38 gross per hour. Experience in using knives for ham cutting. Ability to work in refrigerated environments. Familiarity with packaging machinery. Skill in product finishing. Proactive attitude and willingness to work. C2 level of spoken, written, and reading Catalan. Driver’s license and personal vehicle.
