Maintenance Manager Plant manager for an important multinational company who will supervise production and maintenance functions at a cogeneration and slurry treatment plant in Almazán (Soria). Will coordinate the operation and maintenance departments of the facility to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, prevention and environmental standards, and customer and CES expectations. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail-oriented and capable of leading a team, serving as a liaison between plant workers and management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * On-site responsibility for Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL). * Continuously monitor the status of the plant, facilities and equipment, controlling ongoing operations and progress of work activities. * Monitor plant operations, overseeing the slurry treatment process and electricity generation.
