Contribute to the future of sustainable energy DESCRIPTION **Site Manager PV** =================== Eosol Group, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a **Site Manager** to join our team and lead a large-scale photovoltaic project in **Medina\-Sidonia (Cádiz)**. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of the construction and commissioning of the plant, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and established timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Construction Planning and Coordination:** Develop and implement detailed construction plans, coordinating all project phases—from site preparation through to completion. * **Technical Supervision:** Actively direct and supervise the installation of solar panels, support structures, inverters, cabling systems, and other components of the photovoltaic installation. * **Quality Control:** Conduct periodic inspections, internal audits, and quality assessments to ensure all work complies with technical specifications and applicable regulations. * **Resource and Logistics Management:** Efficiently manage material, human, and financial resources assigned to the project. Coordinate logistics for equipment and material supply and on-site movement. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare and maintain all technical project documentation, including progress reports, construction logs, certificates, and any other required documents. Submit periodic reports to management. * **Risk Management:** Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks by implementing preventive and corrective measures. * **Stakeholder Coordination:** Maintain smooth and effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, local authorities, and other relevant parties involved in the project. **Essential Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in construction supervision within photovoltaic power plants or electrical substations. * **Relevant Functional Experience:** Prior and demonstrable experience in project management and supervision roles for construction projects in the renewable energy sector. * **Languages:** Intermediate level of English, required for communication with international teams and suppliers. * **Geographic Mobility:** Willingness to relocate geographically and reside in the Medina\-Sidonia (Cádiz) area during the project duration. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Analytical ability and problem-solving capability. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. * Proactivity and autonomy.
