We require a person to work as a production operator in Puente Genil, residing in the area. Your role will be essential in the production line, ensuring product quality and workflow continuity. You will be responsible for feeding and supervising the production line, verifying that each step is performed correctly and at an appropriate pace. You will conduct visual inspections of products, recording any issues or deviations in internal logs. An active attitude and willingness to learn will be important to adapt to various tasks. You will also be responsible for cleaning and performing basic maintenance of your work area—critical for maintaining a safe environment. You will collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues promptly and enhance operational efficiency. Factory experience—especially in food production—is valued but not mandatory. We seek individuals eager to grow professionally. Residence in Puente Genil or surrounding areas, with personal transportation to ensure attendance at scheduled shifts. Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), including weekends, as per operational planning. A proactive attitude, strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, and consistent commitment to work quality are required. Prior factory experience—particularly in the food sector—is preferred.
