WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION As a PhD – AI \& Data Analyst, you will lead the application of artificial intelligence, data modeling, and advanced analytics in digital health projects. You will be responsible for driving AI and machine learning technologies, ensuring technical quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance. The role involves working on high-impact digital health projects focused on objective assessment and comprehensive psychological care through AI and advanced psychometrics. You will also participate in research and innovation in mental health and contribute to the growth of the data science area by designing new analysis and modeling services for the healthcare sector. • Develop and implement AI models and predictive analytics algorithms in digital health projects. • Design strategies for collection, management, and structuring of clinical and behavioral data. • Technically coordinate complex innovation projects integrating software, data, and scientific validation. • Supervise data quality, analysis methodology, and result traceability. • Collaborate with clinical, design, and development teams to integrate models into functional digital products. • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and scientific publications associated with projects. • Contribute to defining the company’s AI and data strategy, enhancing the analytical and predictive capabilities of our solutions. • Support the creation of new business lines based on modeling, AI, and data analysis in healthcare. * Experience 2 years. • Practical experience in modeling, applied AI, or data analysis. • Knowledge of machine learning, applied statistics, and data processing tools (Python, R, TensorFlow, etc.). • Previous experience in digital health or AI applied to healthcare is desirable. * DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING * Catalan (spoken Superior, written Superior) * English (spoken Superior, written Superior) * Spanish (spoken Superior, written Superior) * Competencies / knowledge: WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Minimum Qualifications/Experience • Completed doctorate (PhD) in a technical/scientific discipline. Technical background (engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, bioengineering or related fields) will be valued. • Practical experience in modeling, applied AI, or data analysis. • Knowledge of machine learning, applied statistics, and data processing tools (Python, R, TensorFlow, etc.). • Ability to coordinate teams and manage complex technological projects. • Languages: fluent Spanish, Catalan, and English (both spoken and written). • Previous experience in digital health or AI applied to healthcare is desirable. • Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem and its ethical and regulatory requirements is desirable.
