Here, your work truly matters—and so do you. **What is your mission?** Support the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, resolving issues, and leading the factory team to meet planned production requirements using available material and human resources. **️This is what you’ll do every day.** * Manage and coordinate a direct shift team of 25\-30 people. * Organize tasks across production lines to achieve production targets. * Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects. * Interact within the workplace—both with various Operations departments—to ensure program updates and resolution of technical incidents. * Ensure team performance aligns with Quality, Productivity, and Service objectives, while safeguarding internal company policies and regulatory requirements for Safety, Health, and Environment. * Monitor consumable materials, process-related losses, and inventory. * Report potential environmental improvements to implement or flag any irregularities detected. * Investigate and analyze internal and external non-conformities, as well as conduct internal audits. * Foster a positive work environment grounded in teamwork, communication, coordination competencies, and a corporate culture rooted in company values. **What you need to shine in this role** * Technical Engineering degree or Vocational Training (FP) in Chemistry / Higher Technical Degree * 2\-3 years’ experience in a similar Production role. * Languages: Basic English, Advanced Spanish **What we offer you at Eurofragance?** Far more than just a job!
