Our strength lies in our people. **Responsibilities** As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring the best possible shopping experience for customers while jointly striving to maximize sales and profitability—always aligned with our commitment to society. To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: Planning, organizing, and supervising staff under the Store Manager’s responsibility during their absence. Training and developing store colleagues. Collaborating on ordering items for the store’s product range. Proposing additions and removals of items, as well as improvements to their placement and store layout. Supervising and proposing improvements to goods receiving processes. Managing the safe and change funds, and coordinating cash collection with the security company and the Store Manager.
