ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICIAN – LIFE PROJECTS

Description

A company in Tàrrega requires an Administrative Technician for Life Projects. An indefinite-term employment contract is offered, with full-time working hours to be agreed upon. Required qualifications: Vocational Training Cycle in the Administration and Management field or related training. Knowledge of administrative and document management, data processing, and proficiency in computer tools. Prior experience in administrative tasks, time-sheet management, transport route coordination, and control of telephone and IT equipment will be valued. Main responsibilities will include: - Performing administrative tasks and document management for the Life Projects Area. - Entering, reviewing, and updating data and records. - Monitoring staff attendance and time-sheet records. - Managing and coordinating transport routes for service users. - Controlling and managing telephone and IT equipment. - Handling incidents and supporting the Area team. - Using digital tools and administrative management applications. - Coordinating with the team and other departments of the organization. * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. Prior experience in administrative tasks, record and incident management, transport route coordination, and control of IT and telephone equipment will be valued, as well as experience working with people of diverse abilities and ages. * Bachelor’s degree * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Vehicle availability: private car * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1600
