We are seeking a kitchen assistant with a minimum of 6 months' experience. Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Catalan and Spanish: spoken and understood. Mandatory: Driving license and personal vehicle. Contract type: Indefinite-term employment contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00–16:00 h; Saturday, 09:00–16:00 h. Organization of the kitchen and work environment. Preparation of cold and hot sandwiches and combination dishes. Preparation of cold dishes for the daily menu. Experience using fryers and griddles. Knowledge of charcoal grilling and willingness to learn. Preparation of sauces using a blender. Product stock control and inventory management. Cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the kitchen and facilities. Post-service collection and cleaning. * 6 months' experience. Tasks as described above. * COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATION WITH DIPLOMA. * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate). * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate). * Competencies / knowledge: Food Handler's Certificate. * Vehicle availability: car. * Driving license: Class B. * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Part-time schedule (27 hours – weekly working hours).
