**About Us** Vidurglass is a growing industrial company in the glass sector, with two production plants in Manresa and Berga. We are reinforcing our maintenance team to ensure operational continuity and improve the reliability of our facilities. **Job Mission** We are seeking a mechanical maintenance operator to join our team to guarantee the proper functioning of machinery and facilities, carrying out both preventive and corrective maintenance activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery * Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical failures * Adjustments, assembly and disassembly of mechanical components * Participation in equipment reliability improvement initiatives * Coordination with production to minimize downtime * Recording of maintenance interventions **Requirements** * Training in mechanics, industrial maintenance or related field (Vocational Training or equivalent) * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance * Experience in a factory environment * Practical profile oriented toward problem solving **We Are Looking for a Person Who...** * Is **solution-oriented and hands-on** * Demonstrates initiative and responsiveness * Does not get stuck when facing incidents * Has a positive attitude and works well in a team with production staff **Conditions** * Flexible working hours depending on profile: * Option to join rotating shifts (3 shifts) * Or possibility of fixed morning shift or midday shift, depending on experience and fit * Competitive salary, to be assessed according to experience * Stable position in a growing company **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of electricity * Experience in preventive maintenance * Knowledge of welding or mechanical adjustments Sueldo: 27\.000,00€\-33\.000,00€ al año Beneficios: * Free parking * Uniform provided Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
