Are you looking for a stable opportunity to further develop your career in the industrial sector?** At ySondos, we are seeking a **Mechanical Assembler\-Fitter/Adjuster** to join a major industrial-sector company located in **Avilés**. ### **What do we offer?** * Initial contract via an ETT (3\+3 months), with realistic prospects of permanent incorporation into the company's workforce. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Regular overtime (at least one hour per day) and occasional Saturday work. * Salary according to the Asturias Metalworkers’ Collective Agreement, corresponding to official Category 3. ### **What will your responsibilities be?** * Assemble and adjust industrial machinery and equipment. * Interpret technical drawings to carry out assembly of various mechanical assemblies. * Adjust, verify, and commission equipment to ensure proper functionality. * Verify that assemblies comply with established quality standards. ### **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational training in the Metalworking field, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related disciplines. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings. * Minimum 3 years’ experience assembling parts, machinery, or equipment, including mechanical adjustments. * Motivation to integrate into a committed team and deliver precise, high-quality work. **Our company promotes equal opportunities, values diversity within our team, and fosters an accessible workplace environment.
