Our purpose is very clear: to develop technologies that save and improve lives. **Position:** ----------- We are currently seeking a **Production Planner**, who will join the Planning Department. ### **YOUR MISSION:** Plan and monitor short- and medium-term production, ensuring material availability, resource optimization, and on-time delivery. You will manage deviations and incidents affecting the production plan, propose corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement through process, tool, and planning indicator optimization. ### **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Production Planning** * Develop and update short- and medium-term production plans for semi-finished and finished products, considering productive capacity, material availability, and defined stock levels. * Generate and manage manufacturing orders according to defined priorities, available capacity, and material availability. * Monitor production plan compliance, identify deviations, and propose rescheduling alternatives. * Maintain up-to-date planning information in the ERP system, ensuring data reliability reflects actual production conditions. * Coordinate with production teams and involved departments to exchange necessary information and ensure production continuity. * Manage planning-related requests originating from various production areas. **Indicator Monitoring and Continuous Improvement** * Update and analyze planning indicators, production schedule compliance, stock levels, and operational efficiency. * Identify deviations related to production, materials, or capacity that may affect schedule compliance. * Track incidents and communicate associated risks to relevant departments. * Collaborate in defining and implementing improvements to planning processes. * Participate in automation, digitalization, and tool-enhancement projects within the department. **Industrial Labeling Management** * Create, maintain, and update label designs used for finished and semi-finished products. * Manage the database associated with labeling software, ensuring correct and timely information updates. * Administer the label printing application, supporting implementation of improvements and user training. * Ensure availability and correct application of required labels in production processes. **Incident Management and Rescheduling** * Manage incidents related to production delays, material shortages, or demand changes. * Assess the impact of deviations on the production plan and service level. * Propose rescheduling alternatives to minimize production impacts. * Coordinate with involved departments to implement necessary actions for resolving identified incidents. **Document and Procedure Management** * Participate in drafting, reviewing, and updating procedures and work instructions related to planning. * Collaborate in implementing and improving ERP systems, digital tools, and methodologies aimed at optimizing planning processes. * Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of departmental processes. **Requirements:** --------------- **DESIRED PROFILE:** Academic background: University degree or Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Skills and attitudes: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, or similar) is desirable. * Knowledge of production planning, stock management, and industrial processes. * Analytical capability and data orientation. * Organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. * Ability to work effectively in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments. * Proactive, rigorous individual with attention to detail and critical thinking. * Responsible and committed.
