Movento Stern, a major Mercedes\-Benz dealership group within the Moventia Group — a leader in the Mobility sector — is seeking to hire for its facilities in Sabadell: **WORKSHOP MANAGER** Reporting to the After-Sales Director, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the workshop, optimizing available human and technical resources to maximize performance, productivity, and efficiency of the department while ensuring high-quality service. **What will your responsibilities be?** * You will manage the workshop and reception team with a clear focus on customer satisfaction. * You will ensure all staff under your supervision possess the appropriate knowledge, tools, and attitude required to perform their duties. * You will organize and assign departmental tasks, ensuring they are correctly carried out. * You will handle complaints or issues arising, both from a technical standpoint and regarding customer relations. * You will oversee proper compliance with warranty procedures, vehicle billing, and delivery processes. **What do we require from you?** * Vocational Training Level II or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Automotive Engineering. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Workshop Manager. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
